Saturday October 20th, Naperville Weddings coordinated their largest styled shoot so far! It was such an amazing experience. Let me start by talking about the venue a bit. This all took place at Hubbard Inn located at 110 W Hubbard St Chicago, Il on the 2nd and 3rd floor. We worked with Eileen; she was very accomodating and sweet. We were beyond excited to have this space for our shoot! Hubbard Inn was actually in the middle of an amazing Harry Potter transformation (read more about it here) and they were so wonderful to work with us and hold off on the 2nd and 3rd floor just for this shoot. Our exclusive photographer and founder of Naperville Weddings, Ashley, with Monroe Street Photography put this amazing set together with her visions and I have to say the day went extremely well.

This day was filled head to toe in collaborations from luggage tags (@dixieanddot), custom cut outs (@pearhollow), flawless floral designs (@thatflowerchickstacey) – deep plum, (@floursandflowersbymk) – greenery garland/navy table, jewelry (@costellojewelry)…the list goes on.

The morning started off pretty good, with donuts from @firecakes and @starbucks coffee! The sun was out and the shadows from surrounding buildings gave us wonderful lighting.

Our glam squad was the first to get going on our many models (@cindylouhoo18, @von_joc, @aliviatess98, @lulabelledesign, @bdmanning14). Jennifer (@makeupbyjenniferk) and Jess (@artistryhairbyjess) are such an amazing team. They work so well together and just create breathtaking looks. Our models had a variety of hair lengths and colors so the vision really came to light early on!

Janet (@dishanddecorvintagerentals) got to work immediately while the models were getting ready. She had amazing set planned for us and it was truly a dream seeing all of this come together so seamlessly. From her antique floral china, candle sticks, luggage bags and books Janet set the mood that day. She placed her unique items atop a stunning tablecloth from (@blushlula)

Interesting fact about our shoot Saturday, we had 2 completely separate looks we were going for. Last minute Ashley had a vision and we were able to get contributors so we ran with it!

For our main table, we had Nicole (@emeryanndesign) for stationary and she showed up big time. This was one of the first things to be shot by Ashley, the flat lays for the stationary. Helping style and adding her gorgeous sparkle with high end jewelry from (@costellojewelry).

Once we had the stationary and hair/makeup done, we could start getting ready. Our models had a variety of gorgeous gowns to choose from, all from @edith-elan.

I was able to contribute a calligraphy welcome mirror with greenery from @flourandflowersbymk. I also provided the stationary for the 2nd table whose theme was navy minimal. @flourandflowersbymk contributed an incredible greenery table garland and tea light candles to set the navy set.

The cake table to was most definitely to die for. Jordan with @goldendomecakes really outdid herself here. The details were gorgeous on this cake. We used luggage, a bouquet and flowers provided by @thatflowerchickstacey, Mr & Mrs wood cutouts from Shannon @pearhollow.

Hubbard Inn was truly a lovely setting. The windows were beautiful and the mood was just perfect. Naperville Weddings was beyond excited to have all of these wonderful vendors be a part of this shoot.
